Shipping*

All products are shipped with tracking from our warehouses.

Unfortunately, delivery can be affected by factors such as postal delay or customs inspection. If your package still has not arrived after 3 weeks, please use the form below to contact us.

Payment Methods

You can order onanoff products through your PayPal account or with a major credit card (Visa and Mastercard) through the PayPal guest system (no account sign-up needed).

Return Policy*

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us with any product questions so we can ensure you're ordering the product that's right for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received a defective onanoff product, we will gladly exchange or refund your order. To qualify for an exchange or refund:

- Your purchase must have been made within the past 30 days
- You must have original shipping receipt or internet order receipt
- You must have purchased the product via the onanoff.com online store
- The product must be free of damage (unless caused by manufacturing defect or during transit)
- If returning due to dissatisfaction, all items (including packaging) must be in their original, unused condition

Wrong item | Damage during transit*

We make every attempt to ensure the accuracy of orders before shipping. If you received the incorrect item or your order was damaged during shipping, we will be happy to send you a replacement. If the shipment arrives at your door with obvious shipping damage, we suggest you refuse the delivery and let us know. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please fill out the contact form with information about the damage, and we will get back to you via provided email or phone within 1 to 2 business days.

Note: Do not throw away any packaging materials.

If we determine the item is incorrect or was likely damaged in transit, we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund. After we have received the item and confirmed that the damage was caused during shipping, we will send you a replacement item (free shipping) or a refund.

Warranty and Service Information

Consumer Products

Two (2) or Three (3) Year Limited Warranty

ONANOFF LTD. (“ONANOFF”) warrants to the end-user purchasing the product from an authorised reseller that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the terms set forth below (“Warranty”) for a limited period (“Warranty Period”) as follows:

Consumer products: Two (2) year from the date the product has been purchased

Registered Consumer products: Three (3) years from the date the product has been purchased

Commercial products: Two (2) year from the date the product has been purchased

The limited one-year Warranty is also valid for ONANOFF replacement earbuds, charging case, and wireless charging pad.

Warranty terms

During the Warranty Period, ONANOFF will repair or replace (at ONANOFF’s sole discretion) the product or any defective parts (“Warranty Service”). If repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be carried out in a timely manner, ONANOFF may choose to refund to you the purchase price paid for the affected product or replace with a similar product. Unless communicated otherwise by ONANOFF, the defective product must be returned and received in ONANOFF’s warehouse before a replacement is shipped. Repair or replacement under the terms of this warranty does not give the right to any extension or a recommencement of the Warranty Period.

As part of ONANOFF’s efforts to reduce environmental waste the product may consist of reconditioned equipment that contains used components, some of which may have been reworked. The used components meet ONANOFF’s high quality standards and comply with ONANOFF’s product performance and reliability specifications. Replaced parts or components will become the property of ONANOFF.

How to obtain Warranty Service

To obtain Warranty Service, please contact the authorized reseller / distributor from which you purchased the product or visit our Support pages for further information about Warranty Service. The product must be returned to the retailer in its original packaging, if possible or packaging affording an equal degree of protection.

The following information must be presented to obtain Warranty Service:

1. The defective product

2. Proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the authorised reseller, date of purchase and the product type, and

3. Reason for return.

Limitation of Warranty

The Warranty only applies to products purchased for use, not for commercial resale. It does not apply to open box purchases, which are sold “as is” and without any warranty.

Limited-life consumable components and accessories, that are subject to normal wear and tear, are exempt from the Warranty, unless they are found to be defective or broken upon purchase of the product. This includes among others:

- Basic USB cords
- Ear cushions
- Ear gels
- Ear hooks
- Ear tips
- Modular plugs
- Cases/pouches
- Adapters
- Microphone windscreens
- Decorative finishes
- Removable batteries

Consumable components and accessories that malfunction within fourteen (14) days after they have been purchased are deemed to have been defective or broken upon purchase.

The warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number, date code label or product label have been altered or removed from the product.

The warranty does not cover defects or damages that result from: (a) improper storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) contact with liquid, water, rain, extreme humidity or heavy perspiration, sand, dirt or the like, extreme heat or food unless covered by the Limited Warranty; (c) use of the product or accessories for commercial purposes or subjecting the product or accessories to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of ONANOFF, such as loss of headset/headphones or earbuds.

The Warranty does not cover damage due to improper operation, maintenance, installation, or attempted repair by anyone other than ONANOFF or a ONANOFF authorised reseller / distributor that is authorised to carry out ONANOFF warranty work. Any unauthorised repairs will void the Warranty. The Warranty does not cover defects or damages that result from the use of non- ONANOFF branded or certified products, accessories, or other peripheral equipment.

The Warranty does not apply to products that have not been charged for six (6) months. If the battery in a product has not been charged for a period of six (6) months, the product might not function or regain its full potential and long-term performance. ONANOFF does not offer any warranty for such performance.

REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS AS PROVIDED UNDER THE WARRANTY ARE THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE BUYER. ONANOFF SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PRACTICAL PURPOSE.

Note

The warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights that vary from location to location. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. The warranty does not affect your legal statutory rights under your applicable national or local laws.
